Canoeing is one of the most popular activities on the Ocmulgee River.  Currently, there are three launches for canoes.  These are located at the Spring Street parking area, Gateway Park, and Amerson Water Works Park.  The canoe launch at AWWP is currently open on Saturdays and Sundays from 1-5 p.m.  If you are interested in renting canoes visit Ocmulgee Expeditions website.
